To ensure you get the right care at the right time, our Care Navigators will ask you questions when you call the surgery.
We offer a range of appointments, both face to face and on the phone, with a number of different members of our team, including Doctors, Nurses, Advanced Nurse practitioner, Health Care Assistants, Physios, Podiatrists, Mental Health Support workers, Social Prescribers, and many more, both in our usual opening hours and in our extended access appointments.
Sometimes our Care Navigators will signpost you to services such as pharmacy support, mental health support, and practitioners.

Extended Access Appointments
Patients registered in this practice can obtain late evening and weekend appointments. You MUST book ahead via your practice either in person or by phone. You may be seen in a different location to this practice.
All routine appointments with a doctor, nurse or healthcare professional can be accommodated. This will include chronic disease monitoring, NHS health checks and cervical smears. Healthcare staff who see and treat you may be from another local practice.
We are unable to take blood samples at these appointments or provide health treatment, such as vaccines for foreign travel, where a payment would normally be required.
