You can register with the practice if you live within our boundary area. This covers parts of postcodes NE33 and NE34 which includes Tyne Dock, Whiteleas, Biddick Hall, West Harton and Simonside. If you aren’t sure if your address is covered please ask at reception.
If you register with Farnham Medical Partners you must complete a GMS1 form and must have a health check before you become a registered patient.
Once you have registered and had your initial health check you do not have to see the GP you are registered with but can choose any of the GPs at the practice
