You can order your medications by
- popping a list into the box at reception
- order on line or via your NHS app
- at your pharmacy
- or why not ask us to put you on repeat dispensing so your chemist have your medication pre-signed for up to a year
- we can only take request over the phone if you are vulnerable and can’t manage the above services or it is a medically urgent medication
Urgent Medication
If everything is urgent nothing is urgent, this is why we have a list of what is deemed medically urgent.
We will try our hardest to sign prescriptions as soon as we can, but please allow 3 working days.
Controlled drugs
We have a very strict policy on controlled drug and those at risk of causing harm or addiction.
We will not replace lost medication.
If you need a prescription early you will need to provide evidence why, such as proof of holiday
Nominated Chemist
Please let us know, or update on your app, which chemist you prefer to use. We can then send your prescription electronically.
