Self certify
The first 7 days of illness should be self certified. We may charge a fee if you request a note for this time period
Return to work
There is no such thing as a return to work note now. We can provide fit notes to help support you back to work, for example if you are going back on a phased return, be we can not asses you as fit for work or provide specific information on what your employer must do. Please talk to your employer and ask for an occupational health assessment if you feel this is needed for you
