Farnham Medical Centre is currently offering Free NHS Health Checks. The aim of these are to prevent heart disease, stroke, diabetes and kidney disease.
These checks are available to all our patients aged between 40 and 74 who have not been diagnosed with the above conditions. Appointments are available on Wednesday afternoon between 2:00pm and 5:00pm.
